Return or exchange



The User has the right, without owing compensation or a penalty and without giving a reason, to cancel the purchase within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the goods through the single cancellation form available on the Supplier's website.

The right of refusal DOES NOT APPLY in the following cases: 

1. For the delivery of goods made to the order of the user or according to his individual requirements;                                                                                                                                  2. For the delivery of goods which, due to their nature, may deteriorate in quality or have a short shelf life;                                                                                                                                          3. For the delivery of sealed goods which have been unsealed after their delivery and cannot be returned due to considerations related to HYGIENE OR HEALTH PROTECTION;                        4. For the delivery of goods which, after they have been delivered and due to their nature, have mixed with other goods from which they cannot be separated;


Replacement of products is possible only when:

The recipient has made a thorough inspection upon receipt of the delivery and found a malfunction such as:

1. Product integrity.                                                                                                                        2. Defects caused by improper transportation.                                                                                3. Inconsistency with the product you requested

In the event of any of the stated malfunctions, the recipient MUST:

1. To notify the Supplier immediately                                                                                              2. To refuse to accept the entire delivery or only damaged products and they are immediately returned to the Supplier.                                                                                                                  3. To contact the Supplier within 24 hours to arrange a product replacement or refund.

Once we have inspected the returned product and found it to be defective, we will replace it with a new one and if stock is out of stock, the product will be replaced with another product of the same or higher price or a refund will be issued.

Exchanges and resends of products subject to these terms are FREE!

In case of non-compliance with the above conditions, the Supplier is released from the obligation to replace the goods or refund the amount.
